Age Requirement

Most of our products, certainly those related to smoking, have an age requirement of 18 years for purchasing.
By purchasing smoking-related items you are declaring that you are aged 18 years or over.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to our shop, unopened in their original packaging, unused and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace or refund those goods if they are returned to our shop within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for return shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost. The replacement goods, if any, will then be supplied freight free.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

(Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.)

The online credit card option is now available via Flo2Cash in Albany, Auckland. This option allows you to avoid giving us your credit card details and you pay your invoice via a secure link to them. They immediately notify us by email of the success or otherwise of your payment. This allows us to dispatch the in-stock items to you the same day as your payment. We are paid by them 2 business days later.

We still offer telephone (PAN entry) payment by credit card for your order and you get to speak to one of our staff to give us your credit card number, expiry date and security code. Phone us at +64 9 303-3544 to pay for your existing online order by credit card or email us using the email payment option.

Payment can also be by direct credit to our bank account but we do not see that deposit in our account until 1 business day later, when we can then dispatch the in-stock items.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 5 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
