The on-line service is second to none and the staff always strive to provide the fastest possible response for all customers from New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and the UK. We do not supply outside these countries as credit card payment is blocked outside them.

The 20-year-old retail shop in Victoria Park Market is now closed, permanently. 

All services transferred to this 24/7 website only.

There is no longer a physical shop available, only a warehouse for product, spares and refills.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept automatic payment online by bank to bank transfer and by credit card via DPS/Payment Express (all details transferred automatically - to their online payment system - then they pay us on the next business day - we are never privy to your banking or credit card details).
(This is Option 1 at Checkout).

We accept manual payment online by bank to bank transfer as well (you must manually transfer my bank account details, your invoice number and your amount owing - to your bank's online payment system - this system pays directly to our bank account on the following business day but we still do not get your banking details).
(This is Option 2 at Checkout).

We also allow you to create an Invoice and pay it later (e.g. by cheque) but before the goods are sent to you. 
(This is Option 3 at Checkout).

We also have a POS (Point of Sale)  system, accessible online by me, so that I can enter your order, name and address and your delivery details and your credit card details for you while you are on the phone with me. 

As usual, the original of the Invoice and the Payment confirmation are sent immediately to your email address, while I get copies of both to my email address for actioning by me. Obviously, I then have your credit card details but they are not on file anywhere in my system. 

As an alternative to this payment method you can, instead, pay the resulting Invoice online directly via your bank or offline by you visiting your bank with your Invoice and my banking details (available under the menu item "How to Buy From Us" ) and, normally, within 2 hours, these days, the payment will appear in my online banking display and the Order is then ready for actioning by me or my staff.
